Eltwin’s first-mover culture helped see us through this difficult time. It’s a culture that continuously evolves as we welcome new team members. And as our workforce changes, we set bold goals to increase and achieve the highest level of job satisfaction in our organization. Across roles and borders. I believe that it’s more important than ever before to set high standards backed by impactful goals for each sustainable value necessary to our company. The wildfires, hurricanes, power outages, and extreme temperatures that consumed many parts of the world in the past year were a stark reminder that protecting our shared environment must start right here, right now. Eltwin’s solutions — including drives and products for the renewable energy sector — reduce far more CO2 emissions than we generate. But we know that there are plenty of opportunities to decarbonize our operations even further — and help our customers embrace new models of resource transition and reuse.
With the worst of the pandemic behind us in our corner of the world — but certainly not forgotten — we’re embracing the chance to establish a new normal that is better than what we had before. For our people, our customers, and the planet. That includes strengthening our focus on all aspects of sustainability. And continuing to be curious and open-minded in overcoming the challenges and embracing the opportunities that a crisis often exposes.
