Production Engineer/Technician for Electronics Manufacturing

As a Production Engineer, your primary responsibility will be New Product Introduction in our electronics production facilities in Denmark or Poland. You’ll guide projects from prototyping to production launch, ensuring optimal Design for Manufacture.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including internal and external R&D, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain—you’ll uphold quality, cost, and delivery standards for our cutting-edge electronics used in green energy HVAC solutions (Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning).

Key Responsibilities

  • Review production materials and necessary manufacturing processes to identify quality precautions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external R&D departments to understand product design and specifications.
  • Facilitate product cost calculation.
  • Drive NPI in our Danish and Polish factories. 25-35 travel days a year are required.
  • Develop and update technical design specifications for process equipment.
  • Manage projects within the production engineering team, aligning manufacturing processes with product design and quality standards.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from prototype to mass production.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in the products or production processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Used to working with ERP systems, BOMs, and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

Location

Our office is conveniently located in Risskov, just a minute’s walk from the “Letbane” station. As we anticipate significant growth in the coming years, we are planning to establish a completely new site in the Aarhus area.
