Junior Account Manager for US Office

Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented Junior Account Manager, based in the US, to be a key liaison between the customer and internal departments within the organization. This role is essential for driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction. The Junior Account Manager role will require a blend of market research skills along with the ability to be actively involved in customer account management ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Junior Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting the sales and clients enhancing overall efficiency. As a key point of contact for team members, clients, and prospects the Junior Account Manager ensures smooth workflows by coordinating schedules, preparing sales material, managing client communications and handling follow-up tasks.

In this position, the Junior Account Manager is integral to achieving sales goals, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.

You will be based at our US office in Elgin, Illinois with close collaboration with the Eltwin Group Headquarter in Denmark and the Eltwin Hyper team in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Creative approach to sales and building customer relationships in ways that generate product interest and sell the company’s products.
  • Maintain and further develop positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare sales support material/presentations
  • Provide backup administrative support to other areas of the company on an as-needed basis
  • Drive project management efforts that include communicating progress to appropriate personnel and keep projects running on time.
  • Address customer product issues/concerns to help resolve complaints or disputes.
  • Identify new customer applications and market opportunities for company products.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer and sales contacts in CRM.
  • Stay current in technology and changes in the industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60 days a year.

Qualificications

  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Experience within the HVAC industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of electronic control components
  • Experience with managing sales activities within CRM system
