Quality talks

In June, Katarzyna Klaczak External link. attended the "Quality Talks" meeting held at the headquarters of SARL Stargard (Stargard Local Development Agency Ltd.). The event was a fantastic opportunity to exchange experiences, share best practices, and discuss quality management with various companies from Stargard and beyond.

Representing Eltwin, Katarzyna Klaczak External link. and Szymon Przybył External link. engaged in insightful discussions and learning. Katarzyna participated not only as a listener but also presented on the topic "Management Review, just a requirement or added value?" where she covered:

• The purpose of Management Review as required by the ISO Standard,
• Our Company’s approach to Management Review,
• The benefits it provides, including how it supports the management of individual processes and contributes to our company's development.

Katarzyna's presentation on conducting management reviews and the accompanying workshops resonated with the participants. Katarzyna and Szymon gained valuable insights into new methods for solving quality problems and the critical role of trust within organizations.

It was a fruitful meeting marked by the exchange of experiences, expanding networks, and showcasing Eltwin.
